Winterdine – A Toast to Winter!

Winterdine is back and bigger than ever! This year Winterdine happens daily over the span of three weeks between January 17 and February 6.

Here at Hunter’s, beginning daily at 5pm, enjoy our bountiful three course dinner, consisting of an appetizer of chorizo corn chowder with a Buns & Things biscuit, followed by a weekly feature entrée, Hopefully you’ll still have room for dessert – Chef Matthew Feehan’s signature sticky toffee pudding!

  • Week 1 Entree – Surf & Turf: 6oz sirloin, bacon wrapped scallops, herb & garlic whipped mashed potatoes, seasonal vegetables, red onion mushroom gravy
  • Week 2 Entree – Land and Sea: Braised beef chuck flat, garlic butter poached shrimp, herb and garlic whipped mashed potatoes, seasonal vegetables, mushroom jus
  • Week 3 Entree – Duo of Pork: Bacon wrapped apple stuffed pork loin, bratwurst sausage, pan roasted PEI potatoes, seasonal vegetables, pan jus, apple cranberry compote

The cost is $35/person (plus taxes and gratuity) and is a wonderful suggestion as a date night with that someone special or a gathering of friends and family.
