Winterdine – A Toast to Winter!

It’s time once again for Charlottetown’s anticipated Winterdine season. Spanning three weeks, Hunter’s is excited to once again offer a value-filled three course dinner for couples, friends, and families alike.

 

This year’s Winterdine appetizer is Creamy Corn Chowder: Sweet yellow corn, PEI potatoes, root vegetables and seasonal herbs in a hearty chowder 

 

Each week has its own feature entrée:

Week 1: Surf & Turf: 6oz sirloin with 5 bacon-wrapped scallops, roasted potatoes, chef’s vegetable medley, with a BBQ demi sauce

Week 2: Bacon-Wrapped Meatloaf: Housemade meatloaf, wrapped in bacon and oven-baked, with roasted garlic mashed potatoes, chef’s vegetable medley, and mushroom herb gravy

Week 3: Pork Tenderloin: Stuffed pork tenderloin wrapped in bacon, roasted PEI potatoes, chef’s vegetable medley, and herbed mushroom cream sauce

 

Hunter’s 2025 Winterdine dessert is a Chocolate Brownie: Warm chocolate brownie with French vanilla ice cream topped with caramel sauce
